Northwest is experiencing unplanned maintenance at Caldwell
Unit 4, located at MP 849.8 in Gem County, Idaho. Initial
assessments indicate this is expected to result in an extended
outage, with an estimated duration of 60 to 90 days to
complete the required repairs.

Notice Text:
Northwest is experiencing unplanned maintenance at Chehalis
Unit 2 located at MP 1289.38 in Lewis County, Washington. New
replacement parts have been ordered and are in route to
complete the repairs as quickly as possible. To maintain the
integrity of the pipeline, the available southbound capacity
will be restricted beginning gas day Saturday, February 07,
2026, with the anticipated return to service on gas day
Tuesday, February 10, 2026.
Effective gas day Saturday, February 07, 2026, the available
capacity at the Chehalis Compressor Station will be limited to
500,000 Dth/day southbound.
Additionally, effective gas day Saturday, February 07, 2026,
and until further notice, Northwest is issuing an OFO Recall
Advisory and Operational Flow Order (OFO) southbound through
the Chehalis compressor pursuant to Section 14.15(d) of its

Under the OFO Recall Advisory, Shippers are required to: (1)
recall capacity that is subject to an OFO recall provision; or

Declared Deficiency period and will make deficiency cuts to
bring the nomination requests at the Chehalis compressor from
the design capacity of 672,000 Dth/d to the operationally
available capacity of 500,000 Dth/d. If an OFO is not
necessary, but a deficiency period is, Northwest will provide
notice of a Declared Deficiency period and will make deficiency
cuts in the Timely scheduling process to bring the nomination
requests at the Chehalis compressor to the operationally
available capacity of 500,000 Dth/d (or whatever NWP cannot
mitigate during any day of the unplanned maintenance period),
all pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in

Notice Text:
Northwest has limited balancing flexibility with Jackson Prairie
filling as expected. Additionally, on the south end of the system,
Northwest is also subject to injection allocation at the Clay
Basin facility. These factors severely limit Northwest’s ability
to absorb banked gas on the system. Northwest is issuing an
Underrun Entitlement Warning effective Gas Day June 30, 2026, and
urge shippers to balance their supply and demand needs.
As a reminder and pursuant to Section 14(c) of its Tariff,
customer-specific entitlements may be issued to Receiving
Parties that:
1)
have contributed to the adverse operating conditions for
at least two consecutive days; and
2)
whose actual measured deliveries have deviated from
scheduled deliveries for the previous Gas Day by the greater of
10,000 Dth or 5 percent.
If you have any questions, please call your Commercial Services
Representative or the hotline at 713-215-6301.
