Great Lakes Gas Transmission Maintenance Schedule has been updated. Please refer to the maintenance schedule for the projected capacity impacts. Updated items are as follows: Thief River Falls Station 2 to MLV 2-1 dig (100-line) capacity adjustment Date Change on some of the scheduled digs, due to permitting issues Date Change – Iron River Station 6 A-line Valve Replacement from previous dates of 9/29 - 10/5 to new dates 9/22 – 9/28 Add – Pipe Replacement MLV 3-2 to 3-3 (100-line) on 9/29 – 10/5 Please note that the information posted is proposed and subject to change. Great Lakes Gas Transmission is extending the maintenance at Thief River Falls Unit 201. As a result, capacity will be reduced as follows: Emerson Eastbound (LOC #3833975): 7/17 – 8/21 (previously 7/31) Available capacity is 1,326 MMcf/d Great Lakes Gas Transmission anticipates that this may result in Firm Primary, Firm Secondary and Interruptible curtailments. The estimated impact to Firm Primary is 21%. The Reservation Charge Crediting Mechanism of Section 6.10.3(d) shall apply to this outage. Please refer to the maintenance schedule for any additional capacity impacts. Great Lakes Gas Transmission Limited Partnership (“Great Lakes”) submitted a filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on June 24, 2026. In its filing, (Docket No. RP25-855-003), Great Lakes submitted its Stipulation and Agreement of Settlement and Motion for Waiver of Reply Comment Period (“Settlement”). This Settlement reflects the agreement of Great Lakes and the settling parties to resolve all issues in this proceeding. The Settlement provides benefits to Great Lakes' shippers and will save the parties substantial costs, time, and resources that would have been expended in further litigating these issues. Great Lakes is requesting expedited approval without modification of the Settlement. A copy of the filing can be found on Great Lakes' EBB under Regulatory as "RP25-855-003 Stipulation and Agreement of Settlement."
