Northern Border Pipeline Company (NBPL) notifies customers of the need to perform work to address an unplanned and uncontrollable equipment failure at Compressor Station 11 (CS11). This necessary measure could not be prevented or overcome by the due diligence of NBPL and requires immediate action to maintain the safety and reliability of the system. Therefore, pursuant to Section 6.9.1 of the General Terms and Conditions of NBPL’s FERC Gas Tariff, NBPL is declaring a Force Majeure effective, Saturday, September 26, 2026.

As a result of the Force Majeure, NBPL will restrict nominated volumes for Flow Past Glen Ullin (GlenSEG) to 2,152 MMcf/d (2,302,640 Dth) effective Timely, September 26, 2026, and continuing until further notice. Reservation Charge Credits, if necessary, will be provided consistent with Section 6.6.7 of NBPL's Tariff.
