Summary

NGPL has declared a force majeure due to a unit outage at Compressor Station 302 (CS 302) in Montgomery County, Texas, on Segment 25 of the Texok Zone. Effective the evening cycle of September 29, 2026, and continuing until further notice, eastbound capacity through CS 302 is reduced, limiting throughput from Segments 26 and 22 into Segment 25. Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports will be scheduled to no less than 80% of contract MDQ; AOR/ITS and Secondary out-of-path Firm are eliminated for the duration.

Moderate: ANR, PEPL, and TETCO serve overlapping Gulf Coast-to-Midwest corridors and could absorb some displaced volumes, but NGPL is one of the highest-throughput Midwest pipelines and a sustained eastbound constraint here is difficult to fully offset across competing systems.

FORCE MAJEURE – COMPRESSOR STATION 302
 
Natural has experienced a unit outage at Compressor Station 302 (CS 302) located in Montgomery County, Texas (Segment 25 of Natural's Texok Zone).  This is a Force Majeure event.  Natural is required to reduce the maximum operating capacity eastbound into Segment 25 from Segment 26 and Segment 22, thus limiting Natural's throughput capacity eastbound through CS 302.
 
The scheduling constraint will be at CS 302; therefore, any gas received west of CS 302 for delivery east of CS 302 will be impacted for the duration of the restriction.  The Pooling Point - Texok Zone (LOC 10560) is located west of the constraint.  Firm transportation associated with storage injections or withdrawals may be impacted.
 
As such, effective for gas day Tuesday, September 29, 2026, Evening Cycle and continuing until further notice, Natural will schedule Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports to no less than 80% of contract MDQ through CS 302.  AOR/ITS and Secondary out-of-path Firm transports will not be available for the duration of this restriction.
 
The stated scheduling percentage is based upon the current level of firm capacity contracted for during this restriction and is subject to change based upon operational conditions and Shipper utilization.
 
Natural will update shippers as to any changes regarding this Force Majeure event via its interactive website.
