This is to notify all contracted parties of Gas Transmission Northwest (GTN) has experienced an unexpected and uncontrollable equipment failure at the Sandpoint compressor station unit A and pursuant to Section 6.10 of GTN’s FERC Gas Tariff, GTN is declaring a Force Majeure event impacting capacity at Flow Past Kingsgate (LOC #3500). As a result, capacity will be restricted as follows: 10/5 (Intraday) No incremental volumes will be scheduled. 10/6 – 10/15 - Flow Past Kingsgate (LOC# 3500): Available Capacity: 2,096 MMcf/d GTN anticipates this posting may result in Firm Primary, Firm Secondary and Interruptible curtailments, including previously scheduled volumes for 10/6 Evening Cycle. The Reservation Charge Crediting Mechanism of Section 5.1.3.9 shall apply to this outage. This notice will be updated as more information becomes available.
