Notice of Force Majeure Event - Unplanned Outage – Guillory M3681 Meter Station 2026
Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Company, LLC ("Transco"), pursuant to Section 11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, hereby provides notice of a Force Majeure event resulting in an unplanned outage at the Guillory M3681 Meter Station due to equipment failure.
Transco must immediately restrict scheduled quantities at the location below effective ID3 gas day 9/28/2026 and Evening gas day 9/29/2026 until further notice. 
An updated posting with an estimated return to service date will be provided as soon as possible. 
All efforts are being made to return the meter station to service as quickly as possible.
