HEARTWELL LOCATION FORCE MAJEURE LOCATION (60487)
On Gas Day Wednesday, September 2, 2026, Trailblazer Pipeline Company (“TPC”) experienced a Force
Majeure event (as defined in Section 22 of the GT&C of the Tariff) at its Heartwell Location as a result of
electrical storms in the vicinity. Effective ID2 cycle, Gas Day Wednesday, September 2, 2026, and Timely
cycle, Gas Day Thursday, September 3, 2026, and until further notice, the operating capacity at the
Heartwell Location (Location 60487) will be scheduled to 0 MDth/d.
At this capacity level, primary and secondary firm quantities as well as ITS/AOR may be at risk of not
being scheduled. Trailblazer will post updates as they are available.
