Force Majeure – El Paso C Station
El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has experienced a high bearing vibration issue associated with its El Paso C Compressor Station located in El Paso County, Texas. As a result, the El Paso C Compressor Station is unavailable while necessary repairs are completed.
Due to this outage, operational capacity through the ELPASO C and associated constraints will be reduced by 206,472 Dth/d, effective September 25, 2026, Timely Cycle, (Cycle 1). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the ELPASO C and associated constraints.
EPNG is actively evaluating repair options and will provide updates as additional information becomes available.  This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
