Force Majeure – Line No. 1103 – Pecos River to Guadalupe
 
El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has identified anomalies on Line No. 1103 downstream of its Pecos River Compressor Station in Culberson County, Texas, that affect the safety and integrity of the line and require immediate attention. Accordingly, Line No. 1103 between Pecos River and Guadalupe will be subject to a pressure restriction and isolation to facilitate the necessary repairs.
As a result, the operational capacity through the PECOS constraint will be reduced by 158,838 dekatherms per day (Dth/d) effective September 5, 2026, Timely Cycle (Cycle 1).
 
The operational capacity through the GUADLUP constraint will be reduced by 136,461 dekatherms per day (Dth/d) effective September 5, 2026, Timely Cycle (Cycle 1).
EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the PECOS and GUADLUP constraints.
EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.
This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
