Force Majeure – Seligman “C” Station
El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has experienced a dry seal failure on the Seligman “C” Compressor located in Yavapai County, Arizona. As a result, the Seligman “C” Compressor Station is unavailable while necessary repairs are completed.
Due to this outage, operational capacity through the NORTH ML constraint will be reduced by an additional 144,220 Dth/d, effective August 25, 2026, Intraday 1 Cycle (Cycle 3). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the NORTH ML constraint.
EPNG is actively evaluating repair options and will provide updates as additional information becomes available.  This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
