Force Majeure – El Paso D Station – Unit #4
El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has damaged fuel nozzles on El Paso D Compressor Station Unit #4 located in El Paso County, Texas, which impacts the operation of the El Paso D Compression Station Unit #4 and which requires immediate attention.   Therefore, the El Paso D Compressor Station Unit #4 is currently unavailable due to the need for necessary repairs. Accordingly, the operational capacity through the ELPASO E and associated constraints will be reduced by 59,292 dekatherms per day (Dth/d) effective August 13, 2026, Evening Cycle, (Cycle 2).
EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the ELPASO E and associated constraints.
EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.
This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
