Force Majeure – Line No. 1100 – Florida to Red Mountain
 
El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has identified anomalies on Line No. 1100 downstream of its Florida A Compressor Station in Luna County, New Mexico, that affect the safety and integrity of the line and require immediate attention. Accordingly, Line No. 1100 between Florida and Red Mountain will be subject to a pressure restriction and isolation to facilitate the necessary repairs.
As a result, the operational capacity through the FLORIDA constraint will be reduced by 277,119 dekatherms per day (Dth/d) effective August 11, 2026, Timely Cycle (Cycle 1).
EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the FLORIDA constraint.
EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.
This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
