As a result, the capacity through MXPSEG will be reinstated to zero non-firm effective Intraday 1 Cycle for Gas Day Sunday, September 27, 2026, and Timely Cycle for Gas Day Monday, September 28, 2026. Please contact your Customer Services Representative with any questions. ***Previous Posting*** Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC (TCO) notifies customers of the following update regarding the Force Majeure on MXP Line-100 in West Virginia. The work necessitated by the Force Majeure is ongoing. TCO crews are diligently working to remedy the situation in an expeditious manner. At this time, the Force Majeure and subsequent capacity reduction through MXPSEG remain in effect. Based on current outage logistics, TCO anticipates the Force Majeure will remain in effect through the upcoming weekend trading period, Gas Days September 26-28, 2026. TCO personnel detected a leak on MXP Line-100 at the Saunders Creek Regulator Station on Thursday morning, September 24, 2026. The situation is confined to the Saunders Creek Regulator Station location, and TCO crews have been actively coordinating with upstream operators to reduce the pressure to isolate the regulator station as part of the assessment and remediation efforts. At this time, the Force Majeure and subsequent capacity reduction through MXPSEG remain in effect until further notice. TCO will provide customers an update by Friday morning, September 25, 2026. Olive Compressor Station and Saunders Creek Regulator Station in West Virginia. This immediate pressure reduction is due to an unexpected mechanical issue that could not be prevented by TCO's due diligence and is necessary to maintain the safety and reliability of TCO’s system, and therefore, cannot be deferred. Consequently, pursuant to Section 15 of the General Terms and Conditions of TCO’s FERC Gas Tariff, TCO is declaring a Force Majeure effective for Gas Day September 24, 2026. Effective Intraday 1 Cycle for Gas Day September 24, 2026, scheduled volumes through the MXPSEG MA42 internal constraint (MXPSEG) will be reduced to EPSQ (5/24 = 20.8333%). Effective Timely Cycle for Gas Day Friday, September 25, 2026, and until further notice, MXPSEG will be reduced to zero total capacity. Based on current nominations, the estimated impact to firm service is 1.8 MMDth. TCO is actively working to assess and remedy the situation in an expeditions manner, and will provide customers an update by Friday morning, September 25, 2026.
