Author: Author: Dana Melton
Notice Text
Since the last posting, ANR has completed the maintenance and Lake Arthur Southbound (LOC #FPLKARSB) capacity is reinstated to 1,078 MMcf/d.
Please refer to the maintenance schedule for additional capacity impacts.
******Previous Posting******
ANR has extended maintenance at the Mermentau Compressor Station in the Southeast Area located in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. As a result, capacity will be reduced as follows:
9/16 – 9/21 (previously 9/18) Lake Arthur Southbound (LOC #FPLKARSB) 728 MMcf/d (leaving 350 MMcf/d)
ANR anticipates this posting may result in Firm Primary, Firm Secondary and Interruptible curtailments. Estimated impact to Firm Primary as follows:
66% - Based on the Current Net Shipper Nominations
67% - Based on the Current Contracted MDQ
Any reservation charge credits (RCCs) will be determined per the process set forth in the General Terms and Conditions, Section 6.36 of ANR’s FERC Gas Tariff (“Tariff”). However, ANR will only issue RCCs if ANR is unable to schedule or deliver primary firm nominated capacity as a result of the outage. In the event RCCs are issued as set forth in the Tariff, shippers will receive RCCs based on its 7-day Non-Force Majeure Average Usage Quantity, as defined in Section 6.36.2 of ANR’s Tariff, less any scheduled quantities on the contract.

Texas Gas Transmission
Pipeline Incident Southwest of Jennings, LA
SEV 4/5
Force MajeureUntil Further Notice
Texas Gas Transmission reported a gas release and fire on its 16-inch pipeline southwest of Jennings, LA on September 18, 2026. The pipeline was shut in and the fire extinguished with no injuries; regulatory agencies including Louisiana State Police have been engaged. TGT states it does not currently anticipate impacts to firm service but continues to evaluate the situation with no restoration timeline provided.
Unplanned pipeline shutdown on TGT's 16-inch line southwest of Jennings is bullish for Tx. Gas Zone 1 and Ohio Valley/Midwest basis -- no capacity figures yet available, but no restoration timeline and active regulatory involvement signal extended outage risk; Tx. Gas Zone 1 basis was already at -0.320 vs HH on 2026-09-18 and could tighten materially if firm service impacts emerge.
Reroute: Moderate: ANR, TETCO, and Trunkline (TGC) serve overlapping Gulf Coast-to-Midwest corridors and could absorb some displaced volumes, but TGT serves specific Southeast and Ohio Valley receipt combinations that may not be fully replicated on alternatives.

Cove Point Liquefaction Terminal Annual Maintenance
SEV 4/5
MaintenanceUntil Further Notice
Cove Point LNG is entering its annual planned maintenance outage effective 2026-09-19 at 14:00. The notice is classified as a Capacity Constraint / Critical notice by the operator but provides no specific duration or volume impact. As an LNG export terminal, any feedgas curtailment at Cove Point removes export demand from the domestic market, which is directionally bullish for Appalachian supply basis.
Cove Point annual maintenance removes LNG export demand from the Appalachian supply basin; gas that would have fed the terminal stays domestic, bearish the LNG export arb and bullish Appalachian regional basis -- the Eastern Gas South regional proxy has been trading at approximately -1.270 vs HH as of 2026-09-17 (5-day trailing average -1.317), and reduced feedgas pull from Cove Point is expected to widen that discount further; COVE POINT PLANT delivery meter (loc 10001, D:DPQ) was running at 94.4% utilization (0.868 Bcf/d scheduled against 0.920 Bcf/d operating capacity) in the 2026-09-18 evening cycle, indicating pre-maintenance throughput was near-full and the maintenance impact on nominations could be material.
Reroute: None: Cove Point is the sole LNG export terminal served by this system; there is no alternate delivery point for LNG export volumes, though gas volumes displaced from feedgas can be absorbed by the broader Appalachian/Mid-Atlantic grid via EGTS, Transco, and TCO interconnects.

Transwestern Pipeline declared force majeure on the Panhandle Lateral due to compressor station mechanical failure, effective September 17, 2026. This Revision 1 extends the event through September 20, 2026 (4 days total), reducing Panhandle Lateral Receipt and Delivery capacity from 0.263 Bcf/d to 0.175 Bcf/d -- a loss of 0.088 Bcf/d. Capacity is expected to return to normal on September 21, 2026 at 9:00 AM.
TW Panhandle Lateral FM removes 0.088 Bcf/d of receipt/delivery capacity through 9/20/26; expect mild bullish pressure at SoCal Border and Arizona delivery points as westbound supply tightens, with offsetting bearish pressure at Permian/San Juan basin as lateral gas cannot move westbound at full volume.
Reroute: Moderate: EPNG serves overlapping SoCal Border and Arizona markets and may absorb some displaced volumes, but if EPNG is simultaneously constrained, no California reroute remains. The Panhandle Lateral itself is a discrete lateral with no direct bypass.

On September 18, 2026, Texas Gas Transmission reported a pipeline release and fire on its 16-inch line southwest of Jennings, LA. The pipeline was shut in and the fire has been extinguished with no injuries. No restoration timeline has been provided and TGT has indicated it will update as more information becomes available.
TGT 16-inch line shut-in southwest of Jennings with no restoration timeline removes northbound Louisiana receipt capacity of unknown volume; expect bullish pressure on Texas Gas Zone 1 basis (most recently -0.245 vs HH on 2026-09-17) and Midwest delivery markets as Gulf Coast supply into the system is curtailed until further notice.
Reroute: Moderate: ANR, TETCO, and Gulf South serve overlapping Gulf Coast-to-Midwest corridors and may absorb some displaced volumes, but TGT's specific Louisiana receipt infrastructure at this location has limited immediate bypass; full offset is unlikely until the shut-in segment is restored.

Message Text:
North Baja Pipeline is pleased to announce that TC eConnects, our enhanced transactional platform, will be available beginning September 24, 2026 for customers to conduct October 2026 business. Effective Gas Day October 1, 2026, all North Baja nominations and scheduling activities will be managed through TC eConnects. As a result, TC PLUS will no longer support North Baja nominations or scheduling transactions for October 2026 business and beyond. To begin conducting business in TC eConnects, access the system at: https://ebb.tceconnects.com Once on the site, select the Logon dropdown menu at the top of the screen and click "Launch TC eConnects." ________________________________________ System Access Requirements To support the transition, customers must have a current Electronic Contracting Agreement (ECA) in place to access the Customer Activities Website. If your organization has not yet completed a new ECA, please contact USEBBSecurity@tcenergy.com. Customers should verify their TC eConnects access before implementation. If you have not yet received, activated, or tested your login credentials, please complete these steps by September 25, 2026 to help ensure uninterrupted access for October business. Customers experiencing login issues or requiring assistance should contact their Customer Representative or the EBB Security team as soon as possible. ________________________________________ First-Time TC eConnects Users As part of our commitment to system reliability and security, customers who are new to the TC eConnects platform must update their firewall settings to ensure uninterrupted access. With the migration to the new TC Energy environment, IP addresses have changed. Please add the following IP addresses to your allowlist. Inbound • 159.60.128.255 Outbound • 35.155.206.14 • 44.246.65.167 • 52.32.164.193 Please ensure these new IP addresses are allowlisted and retain the existing address ranges until the transition is fully complete. ________________________________________ Nominations & Scheduling Training To help customers prepare for the transition, North Baja will host a Nominations & Scheduling Training Session via Microsoft Teams. • Date: September 22, 2026 • Time: 2:30 PM CST • Join the Session: https://teams.microsoft.com/meet/288532113025325?p=jX35t52Wvh1lmU3Sng The session will provide an overview of TC eConnects, including system navigation, nomination procedures, scheduling functionality, and an opportunity for questions and answers. Please refer to Notice #727 for additional information. ________________________________________ Transition Period Notice As TC eConnects becomes the primary platform for October 2026 business transactions, there will be a temporary overlap period during which customers will continue using TC PLUS to complete September business and process prior-period adjustments. Invoicing • Invoices related to production periods prior to October 1, 2026, will continue to be generated and accessed through TC PLUS. • Invoices for production periods beginning October 1, 2026, will be generated through TC eConnects. • The determining factor is the production date, not the invoice date. Therefore, production activity occurring before October 1, 2026, will generate a TC PLUS invoice regardless of when the invoice is issued. During the transition period, customers should monitor both applications to ensure all invoices are received and reviewed. ________________________________________ Capacity Release Any capacity release offers entered in TC PLUS for the October 2026 production month or later will not be processed. Capacity release offers for October 2026 and future production periods may be entered in TC eConnects beginning September 24, 2026. ________________________________________ Notification Preferences Setup Customers will need to set up their notification preferences in the new TC eConnects to receive any type of notice. You can navigate from the Main Menu to User Profile, select Details, open Profile, and select Primary Email under Profile Type—not the caret - to populate the option to add notifications. ________________________________________ Thank you for your partnership and cooperation during this transition to TC eConnects. We appreciate your continued support and look forward to delivering an enhanced customer experience. If you have any questions regarding TC eConnects, please contact your Contract or Customer Service Representative.

2026 Major Construction and Maintenance Projects
Please be advised that Transco’s major construction and maintenance schedule for projects that are currently planned for 2026 has been updated and can be accessed using the link below. Note the addition of a tab specifically dedicated to Pipeline Inspection (ILI) Activities. The link to the maintenance schedule will also be available on the informational postings portion of the
1Line portal
under the operational information tab.
While significant effort has been made to provide dates for the 2026 schedule, the dates and duration of the planned work are subject to change. Transco will provide revisions to the maintenance schedule as updated information is available.
Some of this work will affect the availability of interruptible transportation services (IT and secondary FT). The extent of this impact will depend on operating conditions at the time of the outage. If a maintenance activity is expected to affect the availability of transportation services, additional information will be posted prior to commencement of that activity.

Note: Effective/End Date above is the posting's overall coverage window, NOT necessarily one continuous outage -- see Notice Text and/or the embedded image below for the actual per-job schedule.
Notice Text:
If you should have any questions, please do not hesitate to
contact Customer Services at 713-375-5900 or email Cheniere.CTPL@Cheniere.com .
[EMBEDDED_IMAGE: notice_images/00001996_1.png]
The image above contains this notice's detailed schedule table (fields commonly include Job No., Begin/End dates, Location, Maintenance type, Transport Impact, Available Capacity, and Meter Capacity Limit). This table is NOT present anywhere in this notice as text -- Cheniere delivers it as a picture to every visitor of the page, not just to automated scrapers. Do not treat the Effective/End Date range above as a single continuous outage window: a 'Planned Outage and Maintenance Summary' notice like this one commonly bundles several independent jobs with different dates, locations, and impacts (including some with zero transport impact) into one posting. Read the table in the image directly for accurate per-job dates and capacity figures rather than inferring them from the date range alone.

***Previous Posting***
Columbia Gulf Transmission LLC (CGT) reminds customers of upcoming maintenance at both Golden Meadow and Centerville Compressor Stations, beginning on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, through Friday, September 18, 2026. As a result, the Backhaul capacity through EL300SEG will be reduced to a level between 350,000 and 500,000 Dth effective Timely Cycle for Gas Day Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
CGT anticipates this restriction may result in curtailments to Interruptible, Secondary Firm, and Primary Firm services. Please see the details provided below for more information.
EL300SEG
· Estimated Capacity Setting: 350,000 - 500,000 Dth
· Design Capacity: 575,000 Dth
· Posted Percentage: 61-87%
Due to the potential impact to firm service, CGT encourages customers to monitor the scheduled volumes on the Operationally Available Capacity screen on Informational Postings, as nominations can fluctuate based on market conditions.
Reservation Charge Credits (RCCs) will be determined per the process set forth in the General Terms and Conditions, Section 40 of CGT’s FERC Gas Tariff (Tariff). By means of this notice, CGT is establishing the 7-day Average Usage Quantity to be the period of September 1-7, 2026, pursuant to the provisions in the Tariff.

Gulf South Pipeline
Failure to take confirmed quantities - Loc 24329 Stratton Ridge to Freeport LNG
SEV 4/5
Operational AlertUntil Further Notice1 Days
Gulf South Pipeline issued a Critical Over-Under Performance notice on 2026-09-17 for Loc 24329 Stratton Ridge to Freeport LNG, citing the customer's failure to take confirmed delivery quantities. Gulf South is reducing scheduling for remaining nomination cycles for Gas Day 9/17/2026 and until further notice. The LNG feedgas severity floor applies -- this is a direct curtailment of feed gas deliveries to Freeport LNG.
Gulf South curtailment at Stratton Ridge (Loc 24329) reduces Freeport LNG feed gas; live capacity data shows 1.47 Bcf/d scheduled against 1.78 Bcf/d operating capacity at 82.6% utilization as of the evening cycle on 2026-09-17, with no stated volume of the reduction -- gas displaced from LNG export stays in the domestic market, bearish near-term for Henry Hub (regional proxy at 3.010 on 2026-09-16) and Gulf Coast basis.
Reroute: None: Freeport LNG feed gas delivered via the Stratton Ridge lateral has no alternative pipeline path -- curtailed volumes cannot be rerouted to the terminal; instead, displaced supply increases domestic onshore availability.

CPL
Cove Point Restrictions
SEV 4/5
Capacity ConstraintUntil Further Notice
Cove Point LNG (CPL) has posted a Critical capacity constraint notice effective 2026-09-19 at 14:00, classified as a PPO (Planned Partial Outage). No specific capacity reduction volume is stated in the notice text. Live EBB data as of the 2026-09-16 evening cycle shows COVE POINT PLANT (loc 10001, D:DPQ) running at 94.5% utilization with only 0.051 Bcf/d of headroom against 0.920 Bcf/d operating capacity, indicating the terminal is already near full throughput before the restriction takes effect. The restriction is set to begin September 19, approximately 3 days after posting.
CPL PPO effective 2026-09-19 removes LNG export demand at Cove Point, bearish for Appalachian/Mid-Atlantic supply balance; Eastern Gas South regional basis most recently printed at -1.420 vs HH (2026-09-15) against a 5-day average of -1.273, and any further feedgas displacement into a region already trading deep negative to Henry Hub will pressure that spread wider to the bearish side.
Reroute: None applicable from an LNG export perspective -- Cove Point is the only LNG export terminal on the East Coast, and displaced feedgas volumes have no alternative LNG outlet; gas backing into the Appalachian/Mid-Atlantic system may find limited domestic absorption given shoulder-season demand.
Golden Pass Pipeline has posted its Annual Planned Maintenance 2025-2026 Rev 32, covering the Sabine Pass TX to Starks LA corridor with up to 2.6 Bcf/d of LNG export feed gas capacity at risk. This is listed as Revision Number 1 (not a revision of a prior posting), indicating a fresh or newly re-labeled filing as of September 15-16, 2026. No specific per-job schedule, individual outage dates, or discrete capacity impact figures are provided in the notice text; the 2.6 Bcf/d figure represents the system's full feed gas capacity ceiling, not a stated curtailment volume.
Golden Pass Pipeline planned maintenance threatens feed gas deliveries to the Golden Pass LNG export terminal (up to 2.6 Bcf/d system capacity); any realized curtailment is bearish Gulf Coast basis as unexported gas stays domestic -- Houston Ship Channel regional basis has already softened to -0.455 vs Henry Hub as of 2026-09-15 (5-day average -0.287), and further feed gas disruptions would pressure that spread wider on the downside.
Reroute: None: Golden Pass Pipeline is a dedicated LNG export feed gas pipeline serving only the Golden Pass LNG terminal; curtailed feed gas volumes have no alternative export outlet and instead back into the Gulf Coast domestic market.

[Planned Outage] Annual Planned Maintenance 2025- 2026 Rev 32 (posted September 15, 2026). Pipeline: Golden Pass Pipeline LLC (Sabine Pass TX → Starks LA). Capacity: up to 2.6 Bcf/d LNG export feed gas. This notice was posted on the Golden Pass Pipeline GasNom EBB under the 'Planned Outage' section.
Golden Pass Pipeline
Updated ACA Change for October 1, 2026
SEV 4/5
Operational Alert2.600 Bcf/dUntil Further Notice
Golden Pass Pipeline has posted a critical ACA (Authorized Contract Authority) change effective October 1, 2026, affecting up to 2.6 Bcf/d of LNG export feed gas capacity on the Sabine Pass TX to Starks LA corridor. The nature of the change (reduction, reallocation, or scheduling adjustment) is not specified in the notice text. Because this directly involves LNG export feed gas nominations at Golden Pass LNG, the LNG feedgas severity floor of 4 applies regardless of the notice's informational framing.
ACA change at Golden Pass Pipeline effective October 1, 2026 places up to 2.6 Bcf/d of LNG export feed gas nominations at risk; if feed gas deliveries are curtailed or reduced, gas remains onshore and is bearish for Henry Hub and Gulf Coast basis -- regional Houston Ship Channel basis was most recently -0.455 vs Henry Hub on 2026-09-15 (trailing 5-day average -0.287), with the October 1 effective date falling outside this pricing window; watch for follow-on nominations notices confirming actual curtailment volumes.
Reroute: None: Golden Pass Pipeline is the dedicated feed gas supply line to Golden Pass LNG at Sabine Pass, TX; no alternative pipeline replaces this function for this terminal. Any reduction in ACA capacity directly curtails LNG export throughput with no bypass.

[Critical] Updated ACA Change for October 1, 2026. Pipeline: Golden Pass Pipeline LLC (Sabine Pass TX → Starks LA). Capacity: up to 2.6 Bcf/d LNG export feed gas. This notice was posted on the Golden Pass Pipeline GasNom EBB under the 'Critical' section.
Tennessee Gas Pipeline (TGP)
FORCE MAJEURE MLV 313(HC LINE) EFF 9-16
SEV 4/5
Force Majeure0.590 Bcf/dUntil Further Notice4 Days
Tennessee Gas Pipeline has declared a force majeure on the HC Line between valve sections 313A-403 and 313A-404, just south of Avoca, New York, effective September 16, 2026. An anomaly requiring immediate repair was discovered, with TGP personnel on site and repair work estimated to last approximately 4 days. The event threatens up to 0.590 Bcf/d of Primary In the Path capacity at MLV 313 HC Zone 4 End (Segment 399 FH), with impact possible as early as the Timely Cycle for Gas Day September 16.
TGP force majeure on the HC Line near Avoca, NY threatens up to 0.590 Bcf/d of Zone 4 primary firm capacity starting September 16 for an estimated 4 days; expect bullish pressure on Tennessee Zone 4-300 leg basis (most recently -1.440 vs HH) and downstream Algonquin Citygate and New England basis as Appalachian/Northeast supply tightens with limited reroute via Transco.
Reroute: Limited: Transco is the primary competing pipeline for Northeast deliveries from this corridor, but Transco Zone 5 and Northeast segments frequently run near capacity; TGP and Transco together dominate this market, so a 0.590 Bcf/d Zone 4 firm curtailment has limited practical reroute relief for affected Northeast shippers.

FORCE MAJEURE AT MLV 313A-403 TO MLV 313A-404 (HC LINE) EFFECTIVE 9-16-2026
Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee is posting notice of a Force Majeure event between valve sections 313A-403 to 313A-404 on the HC Line just south of Avoca, New York. An anomaly has been discovered which requires immediate repairs. Tennessee personnel are on site and have begun working a repair plan to begin on Wednesday, September 16, 2026. Tennessee is estimating the impact of this work to be up to 590,000 Dths pathed through MLV 313 HC Zone 4 End (Segment 399 FH). Based on current nominations and forecasted demand, Tennessee is providing notice to customers that Primary In the Path capacity at MLV 313 HC Zone 4 End (Segment 399 FH) could be impacted as early as Timely Cycle for the Gas Day of Wednesday, September 16, 2026 and throughout the duration of this repair work. Based on current operating conditions, the repair work is estimated to last 4 days.
Tennessee will continue to update customers as more information becomes available.

Gulf South Pipeline
Failure to take confirmed quantities - Loc 24329 Stratton Ridge to Freeport LNG
SEV 4/5
Operational AlertUntil Further Notice1 Days
Gulf South Pipeline issued a Critical Over-Under Performance notice on 9/11/2026 for Loc 24329 (Stratton Ridge to Freeport LNG), citing the customer's failure to take confirmed quantities. Gulf South is reducing scheduling for remaining nomination cycles on Gas Day 9/11/2026 and until further notice. The affected location is the dedicated lateral delivering feed gas to Freeport LNG, making this an LNG feedgas disruption event; no specific curtailed volume is stated in the notice.
Freeport LNG feed gas under-performance at Stratton Ridge (Loc 24329) reduces LNG export pull from the Gulf Coast domestic gas market, bearish for Henry Hub regional pricing; live capacity data shows the point running at 1.46 Bcf/d scheduled against 1.78 Bcf/d operating capacity (82% utilized, 0.318 Bcf/d headroom) in the td3 cycle -- the magnitude of the actual curtailment below scheduled is unquantified in the notice text but the 'until further notice' language keeps the downside risk open beyond Gas Day 9/11.
Reroute: None: Freeport LNG is a single-customer export facility served by this dedicated lateral -- there is no alternative route for the feed gas to reach the terminal, and the curtailment keeps gas onshore rather than rerouting it.

Northern Border Pipeline (NBPL)
Force Majeure: St Anthony Compressor 7
SEV 4/5
Force Majeure2.160 Bcf/dUntil Further Notice
NBPL has declared a Force Majeure effective evening September 11, 2026 due to an unplanned equipment failure at Compressor Station 07 (CS07) near St. Anthony, ND. As a result, nominated volumes past Glen Ullin (GlenSEG) are restricted to 2,160 MMcf/d (2.160 Bcf/d) until further notice. Pre-event capacity data from the prior gas day (September 10) shows GlenSEG already running at 99.4% utilization (2.52 Bcf/d scheduled against 2.53 Bcf/d operating capacity), meaning the new 2.160 Bcf/d cap represents a reduction of approximately 0.37 Bcf/d from already near-full flow; note the capacity table predates the FM by one gas day and does not yet reflect the restriction.
NBPL FM at CS07 caps GlenSEG flows at 2.160 Bcf/d until further notice, cutting roughly 0.37 Bcf/d of Canadian/Bakken supply into the Midwest; expect bullish pressure at Chicago Citygate and Northern Border Ventura TP basis, which was last quoted at -0.205 vs Henry Hub on 2026-09-09 and is likely to tighten further once the evening-cycle restriction takes effect.
Reroute: Limited: Alliance Pipeline provides an alternative Canadian supply route into Chicago but volumes are typically fully subscribed, leaving minimal spare capacity to absorb displaced NBPL volumes; no other pipeline replicates NBPL's specific Canadian border crossing and Midwest delivery corridor.

Northern Border Pipeline Company (NBPL) notifies customers of the need to perform work to address an unplanned and uncontrollable equipment failure at Compressor Station 07 (CS07). This necessary measure could not be prevented or overcome by the due diligence of NBPL and requires immediate action to maintain the safety and reliability of the system. Therefore, pursuant to Section 6.9.1 of the General Terms and Conditions of NBPL’s FERC Gas Tariff, NBPL is declaring a Force Majeure effective, Friday, September 11, 2026.
As a result of the Force Majeure, NBPL will restrict nominated volumes for Flow Past Glen Ullin (GlenSEG) to 2,160 MMcf/d (2,322,875 Dth) effective Evening, September 11, 2026, and continuing until further notice. Reservation Charge Credits, if necessary, will be provided consistent with Section 6.6.7 of NBPL's Tariff.

Gulf Run Transmission
[Gulf Run Transmission] [Maintenance] Panola FMJ
SEV 4/5
Force Majeure0.900 Bcf/dUntil Further Notice1 Days
Gulf Run Transmission has declared a Force Majeure at its Panola Compressor Station in Panola County, Texas (Zone 1), effective September 15, 2026 at 09:00, with anticipated restoration by September 16, 2026 at 09:00 -- approximately one calendar day. During this period, throughput capacity at Panola is limited to 0.900 Bcf/d, with upstream point operators warned of elevated pressures and shippers directed to nominate from contractual MRO to MDO locations to minimize scheduling reductions. Pre-event capacity data (gas day 2026-09-09) shows Gemini Panola GR receipt at 0.437 Bcf/d scheduled against 0.800 Bcf/d operating capacity, so the 0.900 Bcf/d throughput cap itself may not immediately bind at current scheduled levels -- but the Force Majeure designation and unplanned nature of the event warrant elevated caution ahead of the effective date.
Gulf Run FM at Panola CS caps throughput at 0.900 Bcf/d on Sept 15; this system is built to serve Golden Pass LNG, so any binding curtailment reduces Haynesville-origin feed gas to the LNG corridor and keeps supply in the domestic market, mildly bearish Henry Hub regionally -- watch Golden Pass nominations on Sept 15 for confirmation of actual feed gas impact.
Reroute: Moderate: Gulf South and Kinder Morgan assets serve the Haynesville corridor and could absorb some displaced Haynesville supply, but Gulf Run is the primary purpose-built conduit to Golden Pass LNG and no direct replacement pipeline exists for that specific LNG delivery path.

This unplanned maintenance will occur on Tuesday, September 15th, 2026, with an anticipated completion date of Wednesday, September 16th, 2026, at 09:00. During this time: · Panola Compressor Station will be limited to a throughput capacity of 900,000 dth/d. · Point Operators located in the impacted area will experience higher pressures. Gulf Run will evaluate nominations, on a case by case basis, based on daily operations to alleviate impacts to the extent possible. During this unplanned maintenance, shippers should nominate from their contractual MRO location to their contractual MDO location to reduce risk of scheduling reductions. As more information becomes available, Gulf Run will notify its shippers by updating this posting. If you have any questions concerning this alert, please contact your Scheduling Representative.

[FORCE MAJEURE] REX CHANDLERSVILLE COMPRESSOR STATION (SEG 380) FORCE MAJEURE
SEV 4/5
Force Majeure2.772 Bcf/d
REX declared force majeure at Chandlersville Compressor Station (Segment 380) on September 7, 2026, limiting eastbound-to-westbound capacity to 2,835 MDth/d (2.835 Bcf/d) for the ID3 cycle on Gas Day September 7, and 2,772 MDth/d (2.772 Bcf/d) from the Evening Cycle of Gas Day September 8 until further notice. Primary firm, secondary firm, and AOR/ITS service are all explicitly at risk of not being scheduled, indicating curtailments across all service classes. No restoration timeline has been provided.
REX force majeure at Chandlersville CS (Seg 380) limits east-to-west capacity to 2.772 Bcf/d until further notice with all firm service classes at risk; REX Zone 3 basis was -0.250 vs Henry Hub as of 2026-09-04 and is subject to further pressure as westbound Appalachian-origin receipts back up at the Lebanon Hub while downstream Midwest and Ohio Valley markets tighten -- expect bullish Zone 3 and Lebanon Hub basis and bearish pressure on any westbound receipt points unable to schedule.
Reroute: Moderate: REX Zone 3 westbound Appalachian volumes have partial alternatives via Rover Pipeline, TETCO M2, and TCO for Midwest and Ohio Valley markets, but these pipes serve different downstream points and cannot fully replace REX westbound throughput at this scale; no single alternative approaches 2.772 Bcf/d of replacement capacity on short notice.

Nautilus Pipeline Company
09/03/2026- Nautilus Force Majeure - Unplanned Outage at Enterprise Neptune plant - Update
SEV 4/5
Force Majeure
Nautilus Pipeline has declared force majeure following an unplanned outage at the Enterprise Neptune offshore processing plant, effective September 3, 2026. The plant continues troubleshooting with no estimated restart timeline, and Nautilus is reducing all scheduled quantities to EPSQ (Elapsed Prorata Scheduled Quantity) for the Intraday 3 cycle on the September 3 gas day. No restoration ETA has been provided, and the notice end date extends to December 2, 2026, suggesting a potentially prolonged constraint.
Nautilus force majeure with no restart ETA removes offshore GoM supply volumes from the onshore market indefinitely; bullish for Henry Hub spot and Gulf Coast basis with duration risk extending into Q4 2026.
Reroute: None: Nautilus is an offshore gathering pipeline serving the Enterprise Neptune plant directly; there is no alternative routing for production shut in at this offshore facility.

CPL
Anticipated Cove Point Restrictions Update
SEV 4/5
Capacity ConstraintUntil Further Notice
CPL has posted a Critical PPO (Planned Planned Outage) notice effective 2026-09-19 14:00 flagging anticipated restrictions at the Cove Point LNG export terminal in Maryland. No specific capacity volume or restoration date is stated in the notice text. As of the 2026-09-03 gas day (one day lag), COVE POINT PLANT delivery was running at 94.5% utilization (0.869 Bcf/d scheduled against 0.920 Bcf/d operating capacity), leaving only 0.051 Bcf/d of headroom -- confirming the system is already running tight ahead of the restriction.
Cove Point LNG feedgas restriction beginning 2026-09-19 removes demand from the Appalachian supply stack, bearish for Appalachian basin basis -- Eastern Gas South regional proxy was most recently -1.265 vs Henry Hub (2026-09-03) and has averaged -1.130 over the prior five trading days; further softening in that regional read and the export arb is likely if the restriction proves material, with no offsetting bullish signal for Henry Hub.
Reroute: None: Cove Point LNG is the sole LNG export terminal served by CPL; feedgas volumes that cannot be nominated to the plant have no alternative export outlet and will back into the Appalachian pipeline network.
CGT has updated its Hampshire Compressor Station maintenance notice, revising the lower bound of the backhaul capacity restriction downward to 2,150,000 Dth/d (from the prior 2,200,000 Dth/d floor), against a design capacity of 2,540,656 Dth/d -- a reduction of up to 0.391 Bcf/d versus design. The maintenance window remains September 9 through November 25, 2026 (77 days). Critically, the prior posting explicitly warned of potential curtailments to Interruptible, Secondary Firm, and Primary Firm services, an escalation trigger that elevates severity; the updated notice widens the capacity reduction range modestly on the downside and removes the explicit firm-service curtailment language, but the prior notice established that risk and it has not been formally withdrawn. Live capacity data for HampSEG (TD4 cycle, timely) shows 2.15 Bcf/d scheduled against 2.54 Bcf/d operating capacity at 84.8% utilization today, consistent with pre-event conditions ahead of the September 9 effective date.
CGT Hampshire maintenance removes up to 0.391 Bcf/d of backhaul capacity on HampSEG from September 9 through November 25, representing roughly 15% of the segment's design capacity; with Columbia Gulf mainline basis most recently at -0.215 vs Henry Hub (2026-09-03) against a 5-day trailing average of -0.254, expect this basis to tighten (move less negative or flip positive) as northbound backhaul tightens through Kentucky and into TETCO/Adair Co. interconnects, which is already showing only 3.6% headroom at 0.200 Bcf/d scheduled.
Reroute: Moderate: Texas Eastern (TETCO) and Trunkline (TGC) serve overlapping Gulf Coast northbound corridors and provide partial reroute options, but the multi-month duration and the prior notice's warning of firm service curtailments suggest the constraint exceeds what parallel capacity can fully absorb without basis widening.

Compressor Issue1.075 Bcf/dUntil Further Notice
REX Bertrand Compressor Station operational issue (Update #16) restricts Segment 250 westbound-to-eastbound capacity to 1.075 Bcf/d effective Gas Day August 1, 2026, until further notice. Primary firm, secondary firm, and ITS/AOR service are all explicitly at risk of not being scheduled. No restoration timeline has been provided.
REX Segment 250 restricted to 1.075 Bcf/d with primary and secondary firm at risk; expect bullish pressure at Midcontinent and downstream Midwest basis points as eastbound Rockies takeaway is curtailed, with bearish pressure at CIG/Cheyenne Hub as Rockies gas backs up -- no restoration timeline adds upward severity bias.
Reroute: None: Trailblazer Pipeline leases capacity at Bertrand Compressor Station on REX -- when REX Segment 250 is constrained at Bertrand, Trailblazer is simultaneously affected and cannot serve as an independent reroute option. CIG provides some Rockies egress but cannot replace REX eastbound volumes at this scale.

CAPACITY REDUCTION Non-Performance at Patterson/Neptune (LOC #505655) - Southeast Area
SEV 5/5
Capacity Constraint0.500 Bcf/dUntil Further Notice
ANR Pipeline has declared a critical capacity restriction effective immediately at the Patterson/Neptune receipt location (LOC #505655) in St. Mary Parish, Louisiana, due to non-performance. Starting 7/23 and until further notice, scheduled capacity is reduced by 0.500 Bcf/d, leaving only 0.100 Bcf/d available at this location. ANR explicitly anticipates Firm Primary, Firm Secondary, and Interruptible curtailments -- all service classes are at risk.
ANR restricts 0.500 Bcf/d at Patterson/Neptune (SE Louisiana) with firm primary curtailments anticipated and no restoration timeline; expect bearish Henry Hub pressure as Gulf Coast northbound takeaway backs up, with potential bullish signal at Midwest/Chicago markets losing this supply.
Reroute: Moderate: TETCO, Trunkline (TGC), and Southern Natural (EGT) serve overlapping Gulf Coast northbound corridors, but the 0.500 Bcf/d reduction at a single receipt point is large relative to typical spare capacity and firm curtailments across all service classes suggest limited ability to absorb volumes at alternative paths without congestion.

Compressor Issue1.096 Bcf/dUntil Further Notice
Rockies Express Pipeline has restricted capacity on Segment 250 (West to East direction) to 1.096 Bcf/d at Bertrand Compressor Station effective Gas Day July 1, 2026, until further notice. This is Update #15, indicating an ongoing unresolved operational issue. Primary firm, secondary firm, and interruptible/AOR service are all at risk of not being scheduled, meaning firm curtailments are actively in play with no restoration timeline.
REX Segment 250 restriction to 1.096 Bcf/d with primary and secondary firm service at risk signals active firm curtailments on a major Rockies-to-Midcontinent corridor with no end date; expect bullish pressure at downstream REX Zone 3 and Midcontinent delivery points and bearish pressure at Rockies basin hubs (CIG/Opal) as eastbound takeaway is constrained.
Reroute: None: Trailblazer Pipeline leases capacity at Bertrand Compressor Station on REX -- when REX Segment 250 is constrained at Bertrand, Trailblazer is simultaneously affected and cannot serve as an independent reroute. Force Majeure0.021 Bcf/dUntil Further Notice
Trailblazer Pipeline (TPC) declared a force majeure at its Hereford Compressor Station effective Gas Day June 19, 2026, ID2 cycle, and continuing until further notice. Operating capacity at Location 60361 is restricted to 20.9 MDth/d (approximately 0.021 Bcf/d), an extreme reduction from normal throughput. Primary firm, secondary firm, and interruptible service are all at risk of curtailment.
Trailblazer FM at Hereford CS cuts operating capacity to just 0.021 Bcf/d with no restoration timeline; primary and secondary firm service at risk -- expect bearish pressure on Rockies basis at CIG/Cheyenne Hub as eastbound Rockies takeaway collapses, with reroute to REX potentially compromised given shared infrastructure at Bertrand CS.
Reroute: None: Trailblazer leases capacity at Bertrand Compressor Station on REX -- when Trailblazer is constrained at a shared facility, REX Zone 1 is simultaneously affected and does not represent an independent reroute; CIG provides limited partial alternative for some Rockies volumes but cannot absorb a full Trailblazer outage.

[OPERATIONAL ALERT] BERTRAND COMPRESSOR STATION OPERATIONAL ISSUE - UPDATE #14
SEV 5/5
Compressor Issue1.115 Bcf/dUntil Further Notice
Rockies Express Bertrand Compressor Station operational issue (Update #14) restricts Segment 250 West-to-East capacity to 1.115 Bcf/d effective Gas Day June 2, 2026, until further notice. Primary firm, secondary firm, and interruptible service are all at risk of not being scheduled. No restoration timeline has been provided.
REX Segment 250 constrained to 1.115 Bcf/d W-to-E with primary and secondary firm at risk; Trailblazer shares Bertrand CS and is simultaneously affected -- expect bullish pressure at Midcontinent and Chicago Citygate as Rockies takeaway is curtailed with zero independent reroute.
Reroute: None: REX and Trailblazer share Bertrand Compressor Station -- both are simultaneously constrained by the same facility, leaving no independent reroute for Rockies eastbound volumes. CIG provides limited alternative egress but cannot absorb full displaced volumes.

[FORCE MAJEURE] HAMILTON COMPRESSOR STATION FORCE MAJEURE
SEV 5/5
Force Majeure0.316 Bcf/dUntil Further Notice
Rockies Express declared a force majeure at Hamilton Compressor Station effective Gas Day May 19, 2026, cutting 0.316 Bcf/d of operating capacity across Segments 360, 370, and 380 until further notice. Primary firm, secondary firm, and AOR/ITS service classes are all at risk of curtailment. This event is independent of and additive to the prior scheduled maintenance under Notice ID 13721.
REX force majeure removes 0.316 Bcf/d of westbound capacity across three segments with all service classes at risk; combined with existing Notice 13721 maintenance cuts, expect bullish pressure on Appalachian and Midwest basis (Dominion South, TETCO M2, Chicago Citygate) as Marcellus/Utica westbound takeaway tightens.
Reroute: Moderate: Rover Pipeline, TETCO M2, and TCO serve overlapping Appalachian westbound markets and may absorb some displaced volumes, but the additive impact of concurrent REX maintenance (Notice 13721) reduces available spare capacity on alternative routes.

HAMILTON COMPRESSOR STATION FORCE MAJEURE
On Gas Day Tuesday, May 19, 2026, Rockies Express Pipeline LLC (“REX”) experienced a Force Majeure
event (as defined in Section 21 of the GT&C of the Tariff) at its Hamilton Compressor Station.
Effective for the Evening Cycle, Gas Day Wednesday, May 20, 2026, and the ID3 Cycle, Gas Day Tuesday,
May 19, 2026, until further notice, operating capacity in Segment 380, Segment 370, and Segment 360
will be cut by 316MDth/d. These Force Majeure cuts are independent of any cuts associated with prior
scheduled maintenance events posted to the Rockies Express Pipeline LLC EBB under notice ID 13721.
Primary and secondary firm quantities, as well as AOR/ITS are at risk of not being scheduled.
REX is continuing to monitor the event and will post updates as more information becomes available.

[OPERATIONAL ALERT] BERTRAND COMPRESSOR STATION OPERATIONAL ISSUE - UPDATE #13
SEV 5/5
Compressor Issue1.118 Bcf/dUntil Further Notice
Rockies Express Bertrand Compressor Station is restricting Segment 250 westbound-to-eastbound (West to East) capacity to 1.118 Bcf/d until further notice, effective Gas Day May 1, 2026. This is Update #13, indicating a prolonged unresolved operational issue with no restoration timeline. Primary firm, secondary firm, and interruptible service are all at risk of not being scheduled, indicating curtailments across all service classes.
REX Segment 250 restricted to 1.118 Bcf/d W-to-E with primary and secondary firm at risk; expect bearish pressure at Rockies basin hubs (CIG, Cheyenne) as eastbound takeaway is curtailed and bullish pressure at Midcontinent and Chicago Citygate basis points versus Henry Hub -- no restoration timeline adds further upside risk to downstream markets.
Reroute: None: Trailblazer Pipeline leases capacity at Bertrand Compressor Station on REX -- a Bertrand CS constraint simultaneously affects Trailblazer, eliminating it as an independent reroute option. CIG provides some Rockies egress southward but cannot replicate REX eastbound volumes into the Midcontinent.

[Trailblazer Pipeline (TPC)] [FORCE MAJEURE] REDTAIL COMPRESSOR STATION FORCE MAJEURE
SEV 5/5
Force Majeure0.030 Bcf/dUntil Further Notice
Trailblazer Pipeline declared force majeure at Redtail Compressor Station effective Gas Day April 15, 2026, reducing operating capacity to only 30 MDth/d (0.030 Bcf/d) until further notice. Primary firm, secondary firm, and interruptible service are all at risk of curtailment. No restoration timeline has been provided; end date is listed as 12/31/9000, indicating an indefinite outage.
Trailblazer FM at Redtail CS cuts operating capacity to 0.030 Bcf/d with all service classes at risk; this effectively eliminates Trailblazer as a functional eastbound Rockies takeaway path, expect bearish pressure on CIG/Cheyenne Hub Rockies basis as gas backs up in the Rockies, with offsetting bullish pressure at Midcontinent and Northern Natural Gas downstream delivery points.
Reroute: None: Trailblazer leases capacity at Bertrand CS on REX, and REX Zone 1 is the primary correlated alternative -- when Trailblazer is constrained at a compressor station upstream of Bertrand, REX may face correlated pressure; Colorado Interstate Gas (CIG) provides a partial alternative for some Rockies volumes moving south, but cannot fully absorb Trailblazer's eastbound capacity.

[OPERATIONAL ALERT] BERTRAND COMPRESSOR STATION OPERATIONAL ISSUE - UPDATE #11
SEV 5/5
Compressor Issue1.103 Bcf/dUntil Further Notice
Rockies Express Pipeline has restricted capacity on Segment 250 (West-to-East direction) to 1,103 MDth/d (1.103 Bcf/d) effective March 31, 2026, until further notice due to an ongoing operational issue at Bertrand Compressor Station. This is Update #11, indicating a prolonged unresolved outage. Primary firm, secondary firm, and interruptible service (ITS/AOR) are all at risk of not being scheduled, meaning even firm shippers face potential curtailments with no restoration timeline provided.
REX Segment 250 restriction to 1.103 Bcf/d with all service classes including primary firm at risk tightens Rockies-to-Midcontinent eastbound takeaway; expect bearish pressure at CIG and Opal as Rockies basin gas backs up, with bullish signals at Midcontinent and REX Zone 3 downstream delivery points -- Trailblazer is NOT an independent reroute as it shares Bertrand CS.
Reroute: None: Trailblazer Pipeline leases capacity at Bertrand Compressor Station on REX and is simultaneously constrained by the same facility failure -- these are not independent reroute options. No viable alternative exists for affected West-to-East REX volumes.

SEV 5/5
Compressor Issue0.813 Bcf/dUntil Further Notice
Trailblazer Pipeline Segment 20 is restricted to 0.813 Bcf/d effective March 30, 2026 gas day due to a third-party operational issue at Bertrand Compressor Station, and the restriction continues until further notice. Primary firm, secondary firm, and interruptible service are all at risk of curtailment. This is Update #10, indicating an ongoing, unresolved multi-day constraint with no restoration timeline.
Trailblazer Segment 20 restricted to 0.813 Bcf/d with primary and secondary firm at risk; because Trailblazer shares Bertrand CS with REX, both pipes are simultaneously constrained -- expect bearish pressure on Rockies/CIG basis as gas backs up in the basin, with bullish pressure at Midcontinent and Chicago Citygate as eastbound takeaway remains curtailed until further notice.
Reroute: None: REX and Trailblazer share Bertrand Compressor Station -- both are simultaneously constrained by the same third-party facility, eliminating any independent reroute option for eastbound Rockies volumes.

[OPERATIONAL ALERT] BERTRAND COMPRESSOR STATION OPERATIONAL ISSUE - UPDATE #10
SEV 5/5
Compressor Issue1.174 Bcf/dUntil Further Notice
Bertrand Compressor Station on REX Segment 250 remains operationally impaired, restricting eastbound capacity to 1.174 Bcf/d until further notice. Primary firm, secondary firm, and interruptible service are all at risk of not being scheduled -- a rare and serious escalation beyond interruptible-only curtailments. No restoration timeline has been provided.
REX Segment 250 eastbound restriction to 1.174 Bcf/d with primary firm service at risk signals severe Rockies takeaway constraint; expect bearish pressure at CIG/Cheyenne Hub as Rockies gas backs up, with bullish pressure at Midcontinent and Chicago Citygate as eastbound supply is reduced.
Reroute: None: Trailblazer Pipeline leases capacity at Bertrand Compressor Station on REX -- both pipes are simultaneously constrained by the same facility failure. No independent reroute exists for eastbound Rockies volumes.

[Trailblazer Pipeline (TPC)] [FORCE MAJEURE] THIRD PARTY FORCE MAJEURE - JULESBURG COMPRESSOR STATION
SEV 5/5
Force Majeure0.722 Bcf/dUntil Further Notice
A third-party force majeure at REX's Julesburg Compressor Station, effective Gas Day March 2, 2026, has reduced Trailblazer Segment 20 operating capacity to 722 MDth/d (0.722 Bcf/d) until further notice. Primary firm, secondary firm, and AOR/ITS service are all at risk of curtailment. This is Revision 3 and the force majeure remains active with no restoration timeline.
Active force majeure at the shared Julesburg/Bertrand CS facility constrains both REX and Trailblazer simultaneously to 0.722 Bcf/d on Segment 20 with no restoration timeline; expect bearish pressure on Rockies CIG/Cheyenne Hub basis as eastbound Rockies takeaway is severely curtailed with zero reroute alternative.
Reroute: None: REX and Trailblazer share the Julesburg/Bertrand Compressor Station -- this force majeure is at the shared facility, meaning both pipelines are constrained simultaneously. No independent reroute exists for Rockies eastbound volumes.

Force Majeure1.045 Bcf/dUntil Further Notice
REX declared force majeure at Julesburg Compressor Station effective Gas Day March 2, 2026, reducing operating capacity through Segment 240 (west-to-east direction) to 1.045 Bcf/d until further notice. This is Revision 3 and the force majeure remains active with no restoration timeline; primary firm, secondary firm, and interruptible service are all at risk of curtailment. The end date of 12/31/9000 confirms an open-ended outage with no known resolution.
Active REX FM at Julesburg CS caps westbound-to-eastbound throughput on Segment 240 at 1.045 Bcf/d until further notice, with firm service curtailments confirmed at risk; expect bullish pressure on Midcontinent and Chicago Citygate basis as Rockies/DJ Basin gas loses eastbound takeaway, and bearish pressure at CIG/Cheyenne Hub as supply backs up in the basin.
Reroute: Limited: Trailblazer Pipeline (TPC) is the primary alternative for Rockies eastbound gas, but Trailblazer leases capacity at Bertrand CS on REX -- if the Julesburg FM affects shared infrastructure, Trailblazer reroute reliability is uncertain. CIG provides some alternative egress but does not serve the same downstream Midcontinent/Chicago markets.
